Olli Salumeria® Mangalitsa Prosciutto crudo is air-cured ham made from the hind leg of the pig. Our prosciutto is made from larger-sized Mangalitsa hams from Mosefund Farm, New Jersey. These hams are cured with bone in and skin on, hand-rubbed with sea salt, and aged for 16 months in the true Prosciutto di Parma style.
