How to Throw a Cheese Party without the Prep, with Olli Salumeria Antipasto Trays

These pre-packaged packs include one cheese, two artisanal, high-quality Olli salami and olives to pair. Just unwrap and serve, or arrange on a board for a creative touch! ELEVATE THE SPREAD

You can serve each on their own, or add a few more elements to spice up your plate! By using the Cheese By Numbers method, we can combine both to make a beautiful spread:

Step 1: Select your board and ramekins

Step 2: Arrange the cheese on opposite sides of the board

Step 3: Fold the salami varieties to create rivers, roses and quarter folds for detail

Step 4: Create “produce ponds” with the olives and pickled onions

Step 5: Add crackers to the small ramekin on the plate

As an extra flair, feel free to add a dip like honey or mustard, and a garnish like fresh rosemary!
